1-30 rock crabs
30-60 assault
60-80 daggs
80-99 mith drags or ::hightrain

It's a good guide , one of the way to get 99 strenght , theres so many ways to get it but this can be helpfull for people who dont know where to train it

Hehe , Actually the best way to train atk str or def was assault if you got 43 prayer . you only need like 40 atk str def and then you can train at assault and you dont only hit 0's.
